HISTORY
Established July 2015
We are a locally owned company. Leadtech Pest Services was founded in July 2015 by Dennis Duckworth. He wanted to offer a professional, efficient, and affordable pest control service — where our customers are not just a number, but a person.
Although we are a newer company, our owner Dennis Duckworth has over 30 years of experience in termites and pest control. Throughout the years, Dennis has trained hundreds of technicians on how to be safe, effective, and knowledgeable in this industry — specializing in customer service, customer satisfaction, and quality control.

Dennis Duckworth
Founder & Business Owner
Dennis was 18 years old when he was introduced to the pest control industry. He started as a termite and pest control technician and, through the years, became the person to call when there were troubled accounts and upset customers.
He was the top salesperson for several years, until he was promoted to lead the Operations and Service department. With over 30 years of hands-on experience, Dennis built Leadtech on a simple belief: every customer deserves to be treated like family.
