Our Promise
If covered pests come back between your scheduled visits while your Monthly or Quarterly program is active, we come back too — and re-treat at no additional charge, as many times as it takes, for the life of your plan. That's the whole idea. Pest control you don't have to think about.
What's Covered
- Re-treatment at no additional charge if covered pests return between scheduled visits
- All general pests listed in your program (ants, roaches, spiders, fleas, centipedes, wasps, mice and more)
- Coverage for the full life of your active plan — it renews as long as your program does
What We Ask of You
- Keep your program active with payments current
- Let us know during your plan period — just call or text, and we'll schedule the return visit
- Give our technician reasonable access to the areas that need treatment
What's Not Covered
- Pests not included in your program — termites, bed bugs, and powder post beetles are quoted and warranted separately
- The cost of repairing damage caused by pests (our warranty covers re-treatment, not repairs)
- Recurring activity driven by structural or moisture conditions we've flagged in writing that remain unaddressed
- Periods when a plan has lapsed — coverage pauses until your program is active again

Free Inspections
Termite and bed bug inspections are free for residential properties, with no cost and no obligation. We inspect accessible interior and exterior areas of your property and share what we find. If treatment is needed, you decide — and Leadtech customers receive a discount on treatment. Indiana law requires certain written disclosures with termite work; you'll receive those before any termite treatment begins. For commercial or larger properties, inspections and assessments are quoted up front.

The written warranty included with your quote and service agreement is the controlling document — you'll receive it before you purchase, and you're welcome to ask us anything about it. Leadtech Pest Services is licensed through the Office of Indiana State Chemist and carries general liability insurance. Terms effective June 12, 2026, and apply to new and renewing service plans.
